The first of many to pull in.The Port Perry Legion on Bay Street in Port Perry was the final stop for the annual Ride for SickKids held on Sunday August 8. Initially, 500 bikes were expected, but closer to 700 rode up Bay Street and filled the parking lots of the Legion and the Port Perry Curling Club. It was quite the sight to see and hear!The goal of $100,000 was far exceeded. $193,352 was raised as of Monday August 9 and donations will be accepted until October 1 this year. Wow!
