Dog Days Dog Days of Scugog will return to the Scugog Shores Museum Village over the weekend of Saturday July 18 and Sunday July 19 as Durham Regions largest dog event marks its thirteenth year. Dog Days is pleased to announce DogLoversDays has partnered with us this year to make the event bigger and better than ever This group will run a two lure course that your dog can participate in as well as a Health and Wellness Centre. Other highlights include WoofJocks Canine All Stars Scugog Disc Dog Canadian Association of Rally- Obedience Canine Good Neighbour Test Bernese Mountain Dog Carting Demo Fashion Shows Scugogs Dogs Got Talent and free contests vendors market non-profit exhibits parade of breeds childrens crafts a BBQ and more. A fun-filled day for dogs and their whole family the Museum is expecting more than 2000 dogs their owners and interested spectators to join in the weekend-long fun that aims to promote the proper training and care of dogs and to celebrate the joy of sharing our lives with our canine friends. Dog Days runs 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. both days. Admission is 7 for adults 5 for students and seniors and 2 for children 5-12 years. Children 4 and under are free. Family weekend passes are available for 20 includes 2 adults and unlimited children 12 under. The Scugog Shores Museum Village is located at 16210 Island Rd. one kilometer north of Hwy. 7A east of Port Perry.
